*Largest ship ever visits Port.
This vessel is the largest vessel in terms of d.w. Tonnage i.e. 3735 tons to have visited the Port of Bideford. The vessel was due to sail on the pm tide on the 31st , but due to the good weather and high pressure the tide was cut below the predicted 6 metres and she could therefore could only sail the next day.
