Energy Bar’s Smoothie of the Month - Paradiso


Super rich in Vitamins A, C, E, and calcium. The healing enzyme bromelain in the pineapple, Vitamin A in the mango, Vitamin E in the avocado, Vitamin C in the lime and the good bacteria in the yoghurt makes it an extremely healthy drink.
1 Lime, 1 Mango (flesh cubed), ½ Pineapple (Heart and skin removed), ¼ Ripe Avocado, 2 Tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt, Thumb of grated Ginger (skin removed)
First, blend the grated ginger with the juice of the lime and a few ice cubes.

When you have a crushed ice mix, add the mango and pineapple, then finally the avocado and Greek Yoghurt and blend for a final few seconds. Decorate with fruit ( More next month)
